Dakota Crescent Condo Sales History


URA has launched a residential site in Dakota Crescent for pulbic tender after a developer committed to bid at least S$130 million for the 99-year land parcel. The future development will have a view of the Geylang river and will be about a 10 minute drive away from the CBD. Read on to find out where exactly it is.

The development will have has a land area of 185,020 sqft, which at a plot ratio of 3.5 will mean a maximum permissible gross floor area of 647,600 sqft. At the lowest permissible bid of S$130 milion it works out to be S$200.74 per square foot per plot ratio.

This land parcel is part of the reserve list in the Government Land Sales programme - where a land parcel is put up for tender when a developer has committed to bid for the site at a price acceptable to the government.
